Most of us think that communication is a two-way process. But when the Holy Spirit is our partner it becomes a three-way process. Jesus spoke what He saw and heard His Father saying and doing. In the same way, we too need to be listening and doing what the Holy Spirit is prompting us to do. This brings our communication to a new level. He will show you what to say and do. This is a walk of faith when you have to rely on Him for everything. This means to walk in His fullness all the time. What profound words flowed from Jesus’ mouth as He spoke. Even the rabbis in His day were astounded by the wisdom and knowledge He possessed. This same wisdom and knowledge are available to us today.
Matthew 18:20 says, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
Communication With God
Jesus came to fulfill His commission to bring a people to Himself, His body on earth. He gave His own Spirit so that we are never alone. As we walk with Him and talk with Him we become like Him. What a holy transaction and transference occur. All provision has been made. All we need to do is to receive by faith His promises. This is the abundant life He gives. He is our Master and we become His servants.
We live to represent Him on earth as HE is in Heaven. And we do not have to work and labor but rest and be. We are not robots as we need to be actively participating with Him. In this way, we will grow to be like Him. We will experience victory and success in all our endeavors. There will be opposition, but nothing can stand against our God. What a life, what destiny to those who are being called into His Kingdom. Come and be filled and overcome for His Name’s sake.
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
