An Asbury revival testimony just came in on what it was like to witness the closing meeting of the campus revival that sparked a nationwide revival.
Asbury Revival Testimony
Matt Sorger went to the closing service of the Asbury University revival, and this is what he has to say:
“I was there last night for the closing service of the #asburyrevival What I witnessed: people gathering from all over to worship God. Loving Him. People would spontaneously come to the alters praying, repenting, some weeping loudly. Outbursts of praise would erupt in the gathering. The message focused on love, humility, holiness, intimacy with God with a focus of carrying God’s presence out. So many young people giving their all to Jesus. 🙏🏻❤️🔥”
Campus Revival
The last several weeks we’ve seen students seeking God at many universities across America. Asbury University was the first, then Lee, Campbellsville, Samford, Cedarville, Texas A&M, Baylor, and other schools participated.

Because of their testimonies, many others have also come to witness what God has been doing. The revival will continue as long as people stay hungry for more of God.

People Across the Nation
There were many people all over the nation who drove hours and waited in line to experience God’s presence. Asher Segelken, one of the attendees, even said, “God is worth a 12 hour wait. God is worth endless prayers. I witnessed 30k people wait in line to worship God. He’s worth it. His sweetness is evident as we sing Draw me close. It’s like a Father playing peek a boo with his kids. He’s not far but he keeps revealing his face in new ways and everyone is overjoyed at every revelation.”
