Team Kramer is a celebrity family from the Philippines. Doug Kramer is a basketball player for the Phoenix Fuel Masters who is married to actress and model Cheska Garcia. Together they have three kids named Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin. But the thing that makes this family unique is not their celebrity status but how they put God at the center of their family.
For daughter Scarlett’s 7th birthday, her father, Doug Kramer gave her a very precious promise ring that symbolizes her worth and her father’s love.
In one of Team Kramer’s viral posts, Doug shared this very heart-melting message for his little princess:
“I want you to remember how I treat you, the time I give you, how I respect you as a girl, how I encourage to build your relationship with God, and how much I unconditionally love you. Please, remember to stay obedient, to love God, and to never easily give away your love to just anyone. You deserve nothing but the best.”
Doug, also gave a promise ring to her eldest daughter Kendra, on her 7th birthday. He did this for his daughters to remember that they should value themselves and not give love to any man easily. He wants to set a standard and benchmark of how a man should treat a lady.
Family is indeed one of the best blessings you could ever receive in your life. How parents treat their children is important because it serves as their foundation for personal development and future relationships. So parents need to show them love and respect so they learn to do the same thing to the people around them, just how Doug and Cheska have taught their children.
A father like Doug reflects how God treats His daughters. To all women out there, God wants you to remember who you are in His eyes. You are precious. You are loved. You are worthy. God offered His life for you, and He wants you to experience an extraordinary love. And you don’t have to settle for anything less!
