Spiritual Warfare

There is a war going on all around you every single day. You can’t see it, but you can feel it in your spirit if you’re truly in tune. Angels are surrounding you with protection and demons are seeking to cloak you in darkness. Sadly there are many Christians who don’t think that there are dark forces at work and too easily look for physical explanations for demonic activity: mental illness, chemical depression, or even simple teen angst can become “synonyms” for real demonic activity. They are not the same thing.

No medication can get rid of a demon. It can be scary to think about, but Jesus has given us His power to overcome all evil – not just some evil – ALL evil. Romans 8:11 says that the same power that was in Jesus is inside of you – the Holy Spirit. Do not be fearful of demons. Stay in tune with the Holy Spirit. Learn when He is warning you of demonic activity, and be confident, knowing that you have the authority to rebuke any darkness in Jesus mighty and holy Name! Be blessed and encouraged as you fight the good fight. You are not lacking any of the tools that you need!
