Care Casting
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)
Give God your cares. Take some time to lay out before Him and give Him your cares, worries, concerns, hang ups, trespasses and oughts. Cast and clear out your heart to Him. God did not build you to hold on to the bondage of the past. His Word will set you free and deliver you from any snare and trap placed by the enemy. Your heart belongs to God and He wants you to trust Him through, and in every storm – even if the storm is self inflicted. God wants to deliver you out of every fight, even if it’s within the walls of your heart. Many times our internal battles are greater than the external opposition that we may face. When you put your trust in God’s Hands, He will fight your battle. Trust Him.
The Devil attempts to attack your faith through the building up of your cares. When your cares are magnified, you’re exalting an idol god that’s meant to trap you, causing you to be enslaved to your past mistakes, failures, shortcomings and hang ups. When you repent, turning asking God for forgiveness, you disarm the enemy from utilizing one of his greatest weapons – Condemnation. When Christ forgives you, are set free from the bondage and stronghold of the past. In Christ, you are new and your heart belongs to Him. Trust Him completely. Give Him every area of your heart and He’ll set you free. Do you trust Him?

Seek Him Diligently
“He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.” (Proverbs 10:4)
Seek God, with diligence. In every season, choose to seek God. His Word will detangle your heart from the cares of life. When you submit and surrender to what He says, God’s Word will change your life and He’ll produce His Peace in you. When your heart submits to Him, He’ll guide your footsteps and lead your path.
Correction is not always a bad thing. Correction from God will redirect your course and reposition you, allowing you to grow more fruit – His Fruit. Your heart belongs to Christ. When you meditate and wash your heart with His Word, He’ll clean every part of your life if you let Him in. Diligently seek Him. Diligently submit to His Word in every area and season of your life.
Your Heart Belongs To Him. What’s The Condition Of Your Heart?
“I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down.” (Proverbs 24:30-31)
Being spiritually slothful, will create weeds and thorns in the ground of your heart. When offense comes, it is your choice to either grow bitter or allow God’s Word to uproot it – sweeping out the unproductive ground. Your weeds will entangle your spiritual development, growth and progress. It is your choice to stay stagnant or diligently apply God’s Word to the ground of your heart. Today, choose who you will serve, either the gods of your past or The True and Living God. When you examine the ground of your heart, do you find thorns in areas where you’ve been offended? Forgive the people of your past and allow God to heal you completely from every hurt, pain, trespass and transgression of others, even if it’s self inflicted. Allow Christ to lead your heart in Love – His Love.
Focus and Meditate on His Word
“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” (Joshua 1:8)
Your heart is precious to God. You have the opportunity to either focus on The Word of God or your worries; whichever you choose to focus on, will rule your heart, thoughts and mind. “See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil;” (Deuteronomy 30:15)
When you choose to follow your lusts and cares of the world, your heart begins to decay and disconnect from the Heart of God – you begin to wither. “If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.” (John 15:6). Choose life. Chose to live in and through God’s Word. Allow His Word to order and flourish your steps.
Hide His Word
“Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” (Psalms 119:11)
When you choose to hide God’s Word within the walls of your heart, you’re choosing to Honor and esteem His Word above your ways and the ways of the world. It’s your choice to be entangled by the world’s standards and the opinions of people; or you can choose to live by God’s True and Living Word in freedom. Allow His Word to hide and embed itself within the walls of your heart. When His Word breathes through you, the ground and the aroma of your heart changes, transforming you and everything you touch. The enemy wants you to veer off course, corrupting your God Given Destiny. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10) Stay focused on Christ.
Issues of Life
“Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” (Proverbs 4:23)
To Keep means to protect, preserve and to guard. Keep your heart with The Word of God. When you wash and watch your heart with God’s Word, He’ll Protect you from the attack of the adversary. When the enemy tries to invade your garden, God will give you the weaponry that will protect you against the enemy’s tactics. Your heart is ground zero, it’s the enemy’s battle ground. The enemy is after the soil and ground of your heart – he wants to contaminate your ground, in an effort to make you spiritually infertile. God wants you to live a life full of faith, power and purpose – connected to Him.
He wants to align your heart with His Love. When you allow the issues of life to entangle you, you’ll begin to veer off Destiny’s path, causing you to lose sight on fulfilling your God Given Purpose. God created you on Purpose for His Glory. He has not Called you to live a life full of fear, turmoil and defeat. God has Called you to overcome, overtake and dominate the enemy in every area of your life. He wants you to shift, change and transform Generations. You are not defeated! You are His. Stay connected to God’s Word and He’ll transform your heart from the inside out.
