Hey, I want to encourage you today. Maybe you feel like you don’t hear the voice of the Lord, but the word says, “My sheep hear my voice.” I remember as a young Christian, I was like, am I hearing my own thoughts? Am I hearing the devil? Or am I hearing God? What’s going on? And really, I just didn’t trust and believe that when I speak to Him, He’s going to speak back. As a matter of fact, I never even realized that He speaks back. Even with worship, I remember just being like, oh, I just sing to Him all day long.

But then when Kari Jobe’s, My Beloved song came out, which was like, Song of Songs, God singing over us, I was wrecked. I was like, He speaks to us. He actually talks to us. And I remember my pastor at the time saying, you know, she would ask God a question and then wait for Him to answer back. And it was just as if I needed permission to actually believe that, oh, we can do that? Of course, that’s so obvious. God has a personality. You know, God is just, we’re made in His image, so we can talk to Him, wait for answers, ask Him questions.

And at one point I just had to come to the place where I said, “God, I’m simply going to believe that when I speak to you, you’re speaking back, and the thoughts that I hear is you.” Now, I have an international ministry, 34 countries, words of knowledge, all kinds of things, flowing, prophetic words for the nations. Why? Because at some point I just said, “God, I believe you speak to me. I believe I hear your voice. You said your sheep hear your voice.”

So if that’s something that you’ve been struggling with, if that’s something that you’re like, I’m totally a doubter in this area, I want to pray for you right now, ’cause that spirit of doubt has to go. And what you’ve got to know, is that God really wants to speak to you. It’s not a special elect. It’s not special chosen. You’re a child of God and He is your Father.

So right now, just put your hand on your heart. Father, in Jesus’ name, I pray for every beloved that’s listening to my voice right now. And I break that spirit of doubt and religion in Jesus’ name, and I release the revelation that you’re a Father that longs to speak to your children, that loves talking to us, that wants to answer questions. You actually say my children don’t have, because they don’t ask.

He invites you to ask. He invites you to talk to Him. He’s got prophetic words He wants to release  through you and over you. And He wants to use you to declare and decree things over the nations, over your city, over your school, wherever you are. So right now I just release faith in the hearing of the word of God, that you have the mind of Christ. And you can believe that when you speak to God, He is speaking back to you. I Bless you with that. I can’t wait to hear what He’s been talking to you about.
