Today’s Verses
“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 11 “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:9-13)
Today’s Message
God eagerly anticipates our calling out to Him. In every circumstance, He desires connection to us. Just as Adam and Eve walked in the garden with Father God, we can live our daily occurrences with Him by our side. Because Jesus has freely offered himself to us, we get to choose to respond. Just as the verses above say, when we seek, we will find! Joyfully, we can approach our good Father. Ask yourself today: are there any areas of your life that you’re holding yourself back from the Lord? As the Holy Spirit reveals those, repent and ask God to renew your mind. He is faithful to teach you how to fully embrace your relationship together. Come to Him–He is faithful, Holy, and He is king.
