Today’s Verse: 

“So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:31-33

Today’s Message:

Today, God wants to tell you that when we are in His Presence, we shall never run out.

It doesn’t mean that we come to God because we want our physical needs met. We must never pursue things because it is the wrong focus.

Our value and satisfaction are not found in possessions. But, it is found in who we are. We are children of God.

And as God’s children, we get to enjoy our Father. And as our Father, He provides our every need. May it be an emotional need, or financial, or physical, He meets every need.

Furthermore, God also gives us our wants, not just our needs. As Psalm 37:4 says, “Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”

Truly, when we abide in God, we will never run out.
