Today’s Verse:

“But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!” Matthew 7:26-27

Today’s Message:

A man with his worth found outside of Jesus is a shaky man. Eventually, he will fall and break. But, those who put their anchor in Christ are sure and stable. They may fall because of life’s challenges but they will not break.

Where does your worth lie? Is it in your identity, influence, job, people, or wealth? Today, if you find yourself answering yes to this question, then this is God’s message for you: STOP.

Stop placing your value based on the money inside your bank. Stop trying to please people. Stop containing God in just one area of your life.

And rest in your identity in God. Listen to how He called you, “Mine.” Embrace His great love and affirmation that you don’t need to prove anything to Him or to anyone. You are already loved and chosen and you are worth His death. Shalom!
