Today’s Verse:
“As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.” Matthew 10:7-8
Today’s Message:
God wants to remind you that proclaiming His message remains today. His instruction to the disciples is still applicable to His followers today. And signs and miracles follow when we obey His command.
Driving out demons, cleansing the lepers, healing the sick, and even raising the dead are not limited to the apostles only. Or, for us this time, pastors and church leaders are not the only ones who should do the “supernatural.”

The supernatural freedom is accessible to us “normal believers.” We don’t have to be labeled as pastor, or minister, to exercise our authority as co-heirs of Christ. The Holy Spirit in us is the same Holy Spirit at work in Jesus. So, what Jesus did, we can also do. He even said that we could do greater things than He did. (John 14:12)
So, the next time we proclaim the Gospel of God’s kingdom, do what needs to be done. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, and drive out demons. Do not just pass them by.
