natlWhittney G. Jude, in her recent Facebook post, shared that if you can’t make it to Asbury not to be discouraged.
She encouraged those watching on social media, “If you don’t make it to a revival, remember Psalms 85:6 says, “Revive us again, O God! I know you will! Give us a fresh start! Then all your people will taste your joy and gladness.”
Spreading Like Wildfire
GOD TV has been sharing daily stories from Facebook and Instagram. Whitney said she’s seen it exploding on Tik Tok too, “But don’t lose hope if you can’t make it to Asbury. I’ve seen on TikTok that 3 new colleges have started revival. This is spreading like wildfire and the younger generation can’t get enough of Jesus. I believe if revival isn’t near you yet, that it is on its way. ”
Most importantly, God’s presence is not constrained by time or space and what He is doing in one location He can do in another. Fire easily spreads when the environment around it is easily caught on fire. What is happening in Asbury can happen anywhere. All the Holy Spirit needs is hungry hearts.
Let’s remember the promise in James 4:8-10, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”
Just Pray
Whitney finished her post with this, “Join me in prayer for our nation to be revived. Let us learn from this younger generation and find excitement, joy, and peace in the Lord.”
Yes Lord, revive our nations. Amen!
