Jesus is speaking to us, These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)
Peace Of Jesus Is Ever Available
There is no other way to have peace or be at peace rather than in Jesus, because He is Peace Himself (See Isaiah 9:6). It will be deceit or a joke for anyone to offer what you yourself do not have. There are tribulations out there, but Jesus wants us to be at peace. He has this in abundance to offer, and it is always available to whosoever that looks unto Him.
In this Covid-19 crisis where masks, toilet paper, and some other items are out of stock in the stores, divine peace that the Prince of peace offers was in stock even before the world began. It is still in stock today and it can never run out. Jesus knows that we need His peace at all times in order to be a vessel of peace unto others. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27), see also, Isaiah 26:3, Philippians 4:7, Colossians 3:15
Jesus Wants To Heal Your Wounds And Meet Your Needs
No matter the challenges around or within you right now, Jesus still wants you to look unto Him, live for Him, and be at peace because He has overcome all the tribulation of the world. Jesus is the only one that has the power to heal the broken heart, wounds, and comfort those that mourn (See Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24, Psalm 147:3, Matthew 5:4, Philippians 4:19).
His word is speaking to each and every one of us right now: Let us lay aside every weight and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds (Hebrew 12:1-3)
Our needs are enormous. All these needs require just one thing then these needs will be met, and you will be at peace. It also gives godly contentment which is a sense of inward sufficiency. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33)
Romans 10:9-10 says, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If you are willing to give your life to Christ, kindly confess the prayer below. Jesus will be joyful to receive you.
“Lord Jesus, I am a sinner, please forgive me of my sins. I believe You are the Son of God, You died for my sin, and God raised You from the dead. I accept You as my Lord and Savior, please come into my life, in Jesus name.”
Now that you have received our Lord Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord and Savior, try to join a Bible teaching Church so you can grow and get to know Jesus more and more.
Additionally, here are some helpful confessions for you to recite out loud daily:
- My life is peaceful, because I serve the Prince of Peace, in the name of Jesus (Isaiah 9:6)
- I shall look unto Jesus at all time, in Jesus name (Hebrew 12:2)
- I will live my daily life by faith and not by sight, in the name of Jesus (Romans 1:17)
- No matter what, I will not draw back from Jesus, in the name of Jesus (Hebrew 10:38)
- I am more than a conqueror through Jesus, in the name of Jesus (Romans 8:37)
May grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, Amen.
