Christian singer Moriah Peters Smallbone has announced to fans that Disney has chosen her to sing “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes” for their upcoming remake of the soundtrack of Cinderella.

Moriah Peters Smallbone is a contemporary Christian singer, who loves to write her own music. She and fellow musicians Jesi Jones and Julie Odnoralov founded TRALA Music in Nashville in 2017 releasing “Holy Collision”as their first single.
Moriah announced in June that Disney has chosen her to perform a song for their classic ‘Cinderella’ soundtrack. She posted the announcement on her Instagram account.
“It’s a dream come true! Disney asked me to reimagine #Cinderella’s “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes” in celebration of this beloved classic being added to their Signature Collection!”
Her husband celebrates with her
Moriah is married to Joel Smallbone of the Christian band, ‘For King and Country. He is overjoyed with his wife’s success. In his Insta post he says that she has lived out the song since the day they met!
“… The full beauty and truth of it hit home for me. My wife has lived out this song since the day we met…” he gushed, ending his post by saying he’s “cheering her on,”
