A New Revival Series on GOD TV
GOD TV President and CEO, Ward Simpson is hosting a brand new series on GOD TV in March 2017. Entitled ‘Today With Ward’, the program airs each Friday evening at 8:35 pm EST for the USA; (GMT for the UK; SAT for Africa; IT (India Time) for Asia and ST(Sydney Time) for Australasia.)* with a replay on Sundays at 6.30pm. (Beginning March 3rd, 2017).
A long-standing product of revival, Ward has a passion for revival fire to spread across the globe and this new flagship series will feature interviews with diverse Christian speakers and worship leaders who hunger after God’s presence. Watch and trust God for a fresh fire in your life!
As executive director of the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry (BRSM), Ward was part of the leadership team in Pensacola during the world-renowned Brownsville Revival. This move of the Holy Spirit started on Father’s Day of 1995 in Pastor John Kilpatrick’s church and drew tens of thousands of people to Florida over several years. The Revival featured passionate soul-winning messages by the late evangelist Steve Hill and stirring worship by Lindell Cooley, as thousands responded to the altar call, taking up the invitation to ‘come to the Mercy Seat’.
A spirit-filled, revival pursuing network
Today with Ward will feature some of the best-loved figures from Brownsville; including ministries that have been birthed out of the revival as well as new and emerging revival voices.
“My vision for GOD TV is for it to be a ‘spirit-filled, revival pursuing network,” says Ward, “I hope our new series will help revitalize many, many viewers in their faith, giving people a fresh encounter with God’s presence.”
Coming up on Today With Ward in March
• 3 & 5 March: Ward kicks off the new flagship series by discussing revival with GOD TV’s Regional Director for the UK & Europe, Fergus Scarfe who has been with the ministry for more than 15 years.
• 10 & 12 March: Ward talks to Lydia Marrow, worship leader of Shake the Nations. Lydia grew up in the Brownsville Revival and is well-known to GOD TV viewers for her beautiful songs from the Bay Revival with Nathan Morris.
• 17 & 19 March: Ward talks to Roy Fields of Run With Fire Ministries who was inspired to become a worship leader through Brownsville. He has often led worship on GOD TV including during Lakeland and GOD TV’s Winter Celebration in Norway.
• 24 & 26 March: Ward introduces Lindell Cooley who led worship at Brownsville. He is still on fire for God; now heads up Music Missions International and is the Pastor of Grace Church.
• 31 March: Ward talks to Pastor John Michael Kilpatrick (son of John Kilpatrick) and worship leader, Rob Cox of Church of His Presence which is featured on GOD TV each Sunday. With a special song item from Rob.
