Pick me up Lord, and hold me in your loving arms. Protect me from the pressures of the day, and remove the fear and heaviness from my heart. Inspire me with the knowledge that You and I can handle anything. Amen.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
A reminder to all people of God who knows that without God you can do nothing, but with Him all things are possible. Yes, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! Yes, with the help of God’s Holy Spirit that lives on the inside of us, “we can do it” for it is He who leads, guides and direct us into all truth. It is He who gives us our daily supply of strength to endure the test, it is He inside of us who reminds us that yes, all things are possible with Him.
