Father, today I ask for forgiveness of all the negative and harmful words I have spoken about myself. Forgive me if I see less of myself and if I’m not able to see my worth. I ask for forgiveness for being so insecure and for not seeking my worth in You. I do not want to abuse myself in such a way ever again.

Thank you for letting me see who I am in Your Kingdom and letting me see my true worth.

Transform my thoughts and let me understand how marvelous You made me. Remind me that I am a temple of the Holy Spirit. Change my habits so I use my tongue to speak hope and favor upon my life. Amen.
