Dear LORD,

I feel down lately. I don’t understand what is going on. Maybe I am just tired, or broken… I’m not sure. But I know You are there. You see me in my mess. You care for me even when I think I’m losing myself. LORD, I cry out to You. I know You are my only hope. I know You are the only One whom I can truly run to. You are the only One who can save me in this. When I am overwhelmed by this life, help me know that You are near. You are my strength, my comfort, my peace, and my deliverer. So I pray, that You lead me to the Rock that is higher than I. Amen.

Psalm 61:1-4, “Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer. From the ends of the earth, I call to You, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in Your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of Your wings.”
