Call For Prayer on GOD TV
Over the past year, GOD TV has already aired three Call For Prayer broadcasts featuring leading Christian speakers who know the power of prayer and want to see every prayer request answered. Evangelist J John and his wife Killy encouraged viewers alongside Ward Simpson and Fergus Scarfe in April. More recently Fergus hosted Tim and Sue Eldridge of Presence Ministries and James and Rebecca Aladiran of Prayer Storm. Now this December our CEO is back in Plymouth to pray for our viewers in the build-up to Christmas.
Watch Call For Prayer with Ward recorded LIVE on Thursday, December 7. Our Regional Director for Asia and the Middle East, Thomas Robinson joins Ward and Fergus in the studio. Worship is once again be led by Mark Stevens of Rise Church in Harrogate, UK.
“The Bible tells us to pray without ceasing,” says Ward. “Prayer is a great privilege and we should pray about everything. That is why we take these Call to Prayer broadcasts so seriously and schedule them regularly. In sin we declare our independence from God, but through prayer we declare our dependence on Him. The problem is many believers do not pray enough. So we encourage you to participate and we pray the peace of God will flood your home.”
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” (Revelation 12:11)
What is your testimony?
GOD TV often receives testimonies from viewers who’ve witnessed God’s intervention in their lives and we expect to receive many more. Ward and his wife Lydia have just faced a major trial and seen God come through for them in extraordinary ways. She recently recovered from a challenging medical ordeal and Ward shares how God came through for her and how He can come through for you. Lydia’s surgery will focus in a mini-documentary on upcoming episodes of Today With Ward as her doctors remove a neck tumour.
Thomas Robinson also experienced a health scare earlier this year and is said to be a walking miracle! He shares about how he had to have double bypass heart surgery and how he was able to overcome through the prayers of his family and the wider GOD TV family around the world.
Mark also has a great testimony of how God delivered him from addiction and repositioned him for ministry. Read his faith-building story on our blog: Fame is Fleeting… How Child Star Mark Stevens Went From Drug Addict to Worship Leader.
Be encouraged to believe God for the impossible as you watch Call for Prayer. At GOD TV we love to share testimonies that give glory to God and are believing with you for your miracle. We can’t wait to hear your testimony of God’s faithfulness, so be sure to participate in Call For Prayer this December. Even if you are watching a replay, there is no distance in prayer or time restriction! We serve the God of the Impossible!
