Are you feeling down and facing a hard battle lately? Too many worries and fears that you feel like the burden is too heavy to handle? Perhaps that’s the reason why you came to this article. Then it’s not an accident that you’re reading this at this very moment.
It’s easy to trust God when your life is going the way you want it to. It’s easy to praise Him as well when we have a clue what lies ahead of us. But what if all you see around is uncertainty, darkness, and all your plans messed up? Will you still trust God?
Our faith in God is often tested in a season where we don’t understand and cannot see anything in the future. Uncertainties often feed our anxieties, and then eventually, we lose sight of God. But there is only one way to overcome this struggle—surrender it all to God.
In Hebrews 11:1, it says, “Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see.”
Our faith is all the more refined whenever we face trials in life. In fact, it is magnified and stretched whenever there is a struggle and impossibilities. So how should we respond when we are in a season like this?
The Battle Is Not Yours
Remember the truth in God’s Word where He said that the battle does not belong to you.
It reads in 2 Chronicles 20:15, “And he said, “Listen, all you people of Judah and Jerusalem! Listen, King Jehoshaphat! This is what the LORD says: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army, for the battle does not belong to you, but to God.”
It is the LORD who gives victory in every battle that we face in this lifetime. It’s not about our circumstances nor what we can do either. It’s always about Him.
Therefore, I challenge you, relentless woman, to leave it all to God, surrender everything to Him. And trust that He is working even when you can’t see it. He loves you too much to leave you hanging. Just trust His love.
