Super Bowl LVII Champion
On February 12, the Chiefs won against the Philadelphia Eagles with a score of 38-35 in Super Bowl LVII. They came from behind in the second half and finished the game with a field goal in the final seconds to secure their victory. The team comprised of many Christian athletes is crediting God for this remarkable win.
GOD TV previously reported that Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes was named the Super Bowl LVII MVP. In a previous interview prior to the game, Patrick expressed his gratitude to the Lord for allowing him to play despite an injury. The player who led the team to Sunday’s victory also emphasized that he was playing on the field to glorify God.

“I’m’ on that football game on that football field to glorify Him before everything. And so it’s’ not about winning or losing. It’s’ about going out there and being the best I can in His name,” Patrick said.

Harrison Butker, who made the 27-yard field goal in the final minute of the fourth quarter, also credited his faith during a postgame conference.
“I wouldn’t have been able to get through the season if it wasn’t for my faith in God and to be able to trust in Him and know that He’s got a plan, and I’m just thankful that His plan was … for us to win the game,” Harrison told reporters.
Chief’s wide receiver Kadarius Toney took to his Twitter account to glorify God.
“I’m Still Taking It All In man. Life is Fast & Real. You Just Never Question God,” Kadarius tweeted.
In an interview with “Good Morning America,” linebacker Nick Bolton shared how he was shown in a dream three days before the game one of the plays that happened on Sunday night. He believed it was all God’s doing.
“I just give my blessing to God, man, for allowing me to be in that position at that time,” he said.
