A cancer survivor gave birth to her “miracle” baby on 2/22/22 at 2:22 in the morning in the labor and delivery room number 2 weighing 122 ounces. This is more than just a coincidence!
2/22/22
Aberli Spear of Burlington, North Carolina diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in 2014. After six years of undergoing treatment, she was declared cancer-free by her doctors. However, Aberli and her husband Hank were told that it might be impossible for them to bear kids.
They went to the egg-freezing clinic but because of how expensive the process of preserving her egg is, they decided not to do it. Instead, they put their faith and trust in the Lord.
“We went to the egg-freezing clinic, but we decided not to because it was too expensive,” Aberli shared. “So, we prayed that we would have kids.”

Miracle baby
After just a year of praying, the Lord blessed them with a miracle baby and named her Judah Grace. In Hebrew, “Judah” means “Praised.” It’s the way of the couple to praise the Lord with the grace and miracle they have received.
“A miracle baby. That’s why we decided to choose the name Judah because it means praise — just praising God for giving us our heart’s desires,” she added.
The Lord even made her birthday historic! Baby Judah was born on the palindrome date of 2/22/22 at 2:22 AM at the Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center labor and delivery room number 2. To add up the numerical coincidences, she was also weighing 122 ounces! The room was filled with cheering and celebration!
“Everyone else, they knew what was going on,” Aberli recalled. “Me, I was just trying my hardest to breathe properly.”
The Spear family hopes that their story “will bring hope to people to keep fighting and keep praying for what they want. It will be totally worth it because God answers every prayer”
