4-Year-Old Girl Share The Secret To Happiness

A mom asked her 4-year-old daughter what she thought was the secret to happiness. To her surprise, she received an answer that she wasn’t expecting.

Secret to Happiness

Angela Holm, a mother of three, wanted to know if her daughter Vienna, who is four years old, thought the secret to happiness was.

“Vienna, what is the secret to happiness?”

Without a second thought, Vienna said, “God.”

Angela was quite surprised upon hearing Vienna’s reply. She said, “I have never asked her this question before and was surprised and happy with her answer!”

Then, she followed up her question by asking Vienna, “How did you know?”

The young girl replied, “‘Coz I know about heaven.”

Vienna said that she learned all of this from church.

“Is there anything else?” Angela further asked. “Yeah, Jesus!” Vienna said.

Joy in Jesus

Angela tried to change the question, but Vienna’s answer remained unchanged. She asked, “Is money the secret to happiness?” “No,” Vienna said.

“Is having nice things the secret to happiness?”

Then, Vienna answered, “Yeah.”

Her mom clarified, “What kind of nice things?” Then, the little girl said, “Angels!”

Angela concluded, “Truly, nothing else is the secret to living with joy and happiness!”

Vienna is living proof of Matthew 18:3-5, which says, “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.”

Vienna is a perfect example of this truth!

A 4-year-old Texas boy recovered from a severe farm injury, doctors are calling it a miracle.

On April 13, Kutter Shed has been admitted to McLane Children’s Hospital in Temple, Texas due to severe injuries to his leg and small intestines. His critical injuries were because of a terrible accident that happened on their family’s farm. The details of the accident have not been disclosed to the public.

The young boy was left unable to walk or eat solid food following the accident. He has also undergone nine surgeries just to save his life. After spending more than two months in the hospital, he was finally cleared to go home on June 16. Doctors say that his incredible recovery was “nothing sort of a miracle.”

Miracle recovery

Kutter can now run, eat solid food, and has been regaining his lost weight. One thing that helped the young farmer recover from his critical injuries is the love he received from the farming community in Moody, Texas. When he was even feeling depressed, the entire community and the medical personnel brought livestock to the hospital.

“The doctors said, ‘What can we do to boost his spirits?’ And he asked, ‘Can we bring his dogs?’” Kutter’s mom, Amber, recalled during an interview. “And I said, ‘No. Can we bring his heifers?’ And [the doctor] said, ‘Done deal.’ I was like, ‘Are you kidding?’”

Kutter’s spirit was lifted up as he saw his three mini heifers: Minnie, Little Foot, and Ducky.

“They mean so much to Kutter,” Amber said of her son’s love for his cows. “They’re more than just cattle to Kutter. Those are his babies.”

The 4-year-old boy’s miracle recovery was thanks to the love and prayers from everyone around them.

“Your thoughts and prayers have been heard,” Amber said.

When a mom doubted God’s existence, her 4-year-old daughter’s three simple words proved her wrong.

Doubting God’s existence

Brie Gowen is a devout Christian and a mom of two young kids. She has always believed that God is real and has always loved the Lord. However, there were moments in her life when her mind challenges the existence of God.

“It’s that supremely logical part of your brain that might jump up unexpectedly and whisper, ‘does He really exist. Are you sure,’” she wrote in her blog.

This does happen oftentimes but her doubtful thought would be immediately dismissed by her faith. One day, while her 4-year-old daughter was watching the television, she sat beside her and prayed to the Lord. As she was praying, she again doubted God’s existence. But after doubt passed in her mind, she prayed that God would speak to her heart.

“I’m sorry, Lord. I don’t know why I doubt, but I know I love you,” Brie prayed silently. “Please speak to my heart in a special way, and pour out your Holy Spirit upon me today.”

Brie was then reminded of a verse she read before.

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” -Hebrews 11:1

In just a few minutes since she asked God to speak to her heart, God answered her prayer through her 4-year-old daughter.

“Suddenly, and out of nowhere, my 4-year-old spoke, ‘God is really real,’” she recalled.

The astonished mom then asked her daughter how did she know. The young girl’s three-word answer proved Brie’s doubts wrong and proved that God is real.

“I just know,” the young girl answered.

“I just know”

Those three words spoke to Brie’s heart. He is real because we just know. And we know that He is real because of His great love for us.

“That all-consuming love language tells me He is real. So when doubt tries to come, my spirit laughs in a tiny, musical voice, and it says, ‘I just know.’ I just know. And after His truth came out of my 4-year-old’s mouth, I don’t think I’ll ever doubt again.”

A couple from Ohio testified that their 4-year-old daughter told of seeing God and hugging Jesus during her near death experience.

Britney’s daughter Zola was born a healthy baby girl. However, as she got older, she started getting fevers unexpectedly. The baby girl would scream through the night and her ear infection would turn into pneumonia. And year after year, Zola would suffer from seizures.

Until a doctor recommended a routine procedure to treat her sleep apnea. Her sleep apnea caused her seizures. The procedure was successful and they went home.

Near Death Experience Of 4 Year Old

But one day in the middle of the night, Zola came to her parents room. She called her mom and suddenly fell on the floor. The little girl was covered in blood lying unresponsive. Immediately, she was rushed to a children’s hospital.

Zola was fighting for her life. Then the doctors discovered that the hemorrhage was caused by a rare genetic disorder in her body. It was Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. WebMD describes the disease such that it “weakens the connective tissues of your body that can make your joints loose and your skin thin and easily bruised. It also can weaken blood vessels and organs.”

Apparently, there is no cure and can only be managed with extensive treatments. Zola would have a lifetime of bleeding, bruising and pain.

After a week, the little girl was discharged from the hospital. But then over the months following her recovery, Britney noticed a change in her daughter.

An Encounter With God

One day out of nowhere, Zola asked, “When will I see God again?”

She started talking to her parents about the time she died and went to see God.

The 4 year old said that she sat next to Jesus and gave Him a hug.

Moreover, Britney found out through Zola’s school teacher that she started drawing pictures of God. Also, the school teacher told Britney how Zola often have an argument with a classmate about God being real.

“These are not things that we’ve put in her head,” Britney said. “She had an experience, like she has gone through something that we can’t explain. And most people can’t.”
