Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt shared how her faith has sustained her during this current global crisis.
Ainsley Earhardt
Ainsley Earhardt has been a television personality since 2000 and in 2016, she became a co-host of Fox & Friends. More than her career as a TV host and news reporter, Ainsley is well-known for her Christian faith.
Recently, she participated in a virtual special segment of Fox News’ “America Together” initiative. The special was “focused on sharing stories of perseverance and faith in uncertain times” and it was streamed last Sunday.
On a zoom call with Faithwire, Aisley explained why she is drawn to positive stories during this time of difficulty.
“Just like I’m drawn to the good news of the Bible, I’m drawn and everyone is, whether you’re a Christian or whatever your faith might be we’re all drawn to bringing out the positive in a tough situation,” Aisley said.
Faith in God
She also explained that she holds on to her faith in God every time she deals with trials.
“[I] knew God saw the future and I knew he had a reason and I knew that problem was going to lead me to a much brighter place. I just hold onto the hope and the fact that He sees my future,” she said.
The 43-year-old news anchor is encouraging everyone to focus on what is important during this quarantine.
“This has been a good reminder to slow down, do the things that are important. Focus on my family, focus on my faith, and the rest will just fall into place,” Aisley added.
With her faith rooted in the Lord, she is not afraid to face the unknown future after this crisis that the whole world is facing. She is certain that “God is gonna get us through this.”
