Yamisbel Garcia shared her testimony about how Jesus saved both her and her son from satanism. She originally baptized her son at a Satanic temple, but God intervened.
Her Story
Yamisbel met the father of her children on a trip she took to Puerto Rico. Months after they started dating, she got pregnant.
“So I went to live with him, and their beliefs are more in satanism. Witches and warlocks. When my son was born, because of their beliefs, they asked me to baptize him in a satanic temple. Which I know now is a satanic temple, but I didn’t know back then,” she said.
Having no choice, Yamisbel proceeded with the baptism. But one night, she saw a vision.
“I see coming into my room this big, big, dark, dark shadow. But at the other corner of my room, there was this light,” she recalled.

Deep in her heart, she knew she needed to ask God’s help.
“When I was lying down, I was like, I’m supposed to pray; let me just call on Jesus. I was going to put my hands together; my hands froze when I was going to say something; I just felt like someone was muffling me,” she said.
Her whole body froze, and she experienced sleep paralysis. When she was about to get up, she read her Bible.

“I sat in my bedroom at night, I opened up the Bible, and I started praying. And I said, “Lord, if You have a purpose for me, if You created me, if I’m here for a reason, I need to know because I’m lost,” she said.
Her life was never the same after that night.

God led them to the right people, and her son was delivered after a prayer.
When asked about who Jesus is, Yamisbel answered, “Jesus is everything. He’s my healer, my provider, my Savior, my redeemer, and the love of my life. Everything. My master, my Lord, is everything to me. I would not—there’s nothing outside of Jesus that I would want. Jesus has become absolutely everything to me.”
She then encouraged anyone with a similar past: “It doesn’t matter what background you come from, what you’ve been through, how hard it’s been, how dark it’s been, or who has been against you. Even if that is your family, there’s a way, there’s a life, and it’s found in Jesus. And there’s healing, and there’s redemption.”
