Actress and singer, Chrissy Metz shared the official music video of her newest song ‘Talking To God’ that uplifted thousands!
Chrissy Metz composed her debut country single ‘Talking to God’ herself. The lyrics share a deeply personal message to people. And in TODAY news, she revealed the meaning behind the song.
“‘Talking To God’ is a song about those moments when we ask the questions we desperately want the answers to,” she said. “Whether it’s a lost love or why our own lives look much different than the way we had hoped they would. It’s about those personal prayers and conversations we have while listening and learning to surrender and trust in the bigger picture.”

The lyrics go:
“Nothin’ too heavy, just checking in
How’s it goin’, how’s your mama and them
And for once, he talked more than me
Said, I hear a lot about you ’round here

Then hits off with a catchy chorus:
