God has not forgotten you. It’s one of the truths we hardly remember whenever trials and tribulations come our way.
It’s hard when things don’t go our way when unfavorable circumstances meet us. Sometimes it overwhelms us to the point we feel like there’s no way out. It seems like the dark tunnel has no end, and the light at the end could barely reach you. It might seem so surreal but let me remind you this truth again—God has not forgotten you.
God is working things out for your good.
There may be times that God would let us go through situations we don’t understand but know that God is working behind the scene.
In Romans 8:28, it says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”
Trust God for His greater plans in your life. The process might not be easy but anchor yourself in the hope that Jesus gives. Because often, it is in the middle of nowhere that He molds our hearts and prepares us for what He has in store for our lives. An unimaginable future, so great that it never entered our minds.
God Has Not Forgotten You
So, if you feel hopeless right now, always remember the One who is holding your life together—God. He has not forgotten you. The truth is, He has greater plans for you. You might not understand it now, but one day you will. All your tears won’t be in vain, and one day everything you’re going through right now will all make sense. Just hold on to God and allow yourself to be embraced by His love at this very moment.
But for now, rest in His presence and love Him all the more.
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” –Matthew 11:28-29
