A Muslim mom prayed that one of her sons would become Christian. And God answered in the most incredible way!
Prayer Of A Muslim Mom
Afsar Ahmed’s mother was a Christian. But after marrying his father, she had no choice but to leave her Christian faith because that’s what her Muslim husband wanted. So, growing up, Afsar’s dad was very strict not to expose them to any teachings of Christianity.

But during secondary school, Afsar found himself making a silver cross in their metal workshop. He didn’t know why he did that, but it just came out of him. One day, the school gave the students a small Gideon New Testament. Afsar never read the Bible but kept it and carved a cross on its cover.
The Gideon Bible
Several years later, Afsar’s family decided to migrate to Canada. And while his dad went through his things to bring to their new home, he found the Gideon Bible. His dad then became furious and asked him to throw it away. Afsar argued because he wanted to bring it with him to Canada. Since then, his dad’s fear and anger sparked a curiosity in the young Muslim to discover the truth about Christianity.
Later on, Afsar met many Christians in Canada. There, his quest about God’s existence began. Then at 15 years old, he heard the Gospel for the first time. But at the time, he rejected Jesus. It was because he couldn’t comprehend the thought of humans having a personal relationship with God. He knew Allah was a distant god in his religion; hence, the message shocked him. But that planted a seed in his heart that eventually led to many encounters with Jesus.
Soon after, Afsar met another zealous young Christian lady who shared the Gospel with him. The two debated, and the young lady didn’t relent until she challenged him that her God was real.
“I’m going to prove to you that my God is a real God,” the lady told Afsar.
Then what happened next utterly silenced Afsar, eventually leading to his encounter with Christ.
