240 Korean Christians Traveled Across The US To Pray For Revival: “Bring The Fire Back To America”

Two hundred forty Korean Christians went to 21 cities across America, praying for a great awakening in the country. Pastor Jae Choon Choi shared, “Just as the first missionaries from the United States came to our nation and spread the fire of the gospel, we want to bring that fire back to America.”

240 Korean Christians

Pastor Choi from Seoul’s Kwangmyung Church led his team of prayer warriors and traveled more than 6,000 miles to bless the USA. They have blanketed Bellingham, Washington, Los Angeles, Maine, Miami, and other cities with their prayers.

They arrived on the week of the 49th anniversary of Billy Graham’s 1973 crusade in Seoul. The remarkable revival crusade reportedly gathered 3 million Koreans. And at least 75,000 committed their lives to Jesus.

The 5-day conference brought a tremendous impact on South Korea and the other parts of the continent that is still felt today. It left a historical mark on Asia’s Christianity.

Keum Ran Lee, one of the Korean intercessors, recalled the momentous time. “Even though I was small when the crusade happened, I know millions of people’s lives were impacted by that event. And eventually led to the explosion of the church movement in South Korea.”

As a result, Korean Christians see it fit to pay back to America.

Third Great Awakening

Russell Evenson, a World Outreach Worship Center pastor, expressed his gratefulness to CBN News. “They know that America is in trouble and that America stood with them.”

He added, “They want to stand with America in this time that America is in spiritual trouble. And simply praying for a Third Great Awakening in this nation.”

Pastor Evenson accommodated ten intercessors and led them through essential places in Virginia.

Last Saturday, all 240 Korean intercessors joined the local churches to attend the March for Jesus rallies. The celebratory gathering is simultaneously held across the 21 cities.

GOD TV a Carrier of Global Revival

“‘In the last days, God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit on all people’.” (Acts 2:17)

“Global revival will be carried via the Christian media and GOD TV is strategically positioned to play a major part in bringing in the End Time Harvest,” says Ken Gott of House of Prayer, Europe. He and his wife Lois are passionate revivalists who believe God is raising up an army of believers worldwide, who together with the Christian media will change the world’s spiritual environment.

“We want to lift GOD TV up before the Lord as a global ministry that is touching every nation of the world,” says Ken. “We pray that as GOD TV is transmitted into living rooms across the globe that we’ll see millions of souls come to Christ.

“GOD TV has the ability to speak into every household. We pray that God will continue to raise up people who will use their homes as lighthouses, places where family and friends can come in and hear the truth of God’s Word, long before they become believers.”

Calling a new generation! A youth army for revival

Lois says that God is using GOD TV to raise up a new generation of young people through its extensive outreach to teens. “You are beautiful Lord, let your beauty shine through the airwaves, let there be a spiritual climate change through GOD TV,” she says.

“We’re calling a youth generation forward – young people with a different spirit, Holy unto the Lord a Nazarite generation – who will bring a revolution of God’s love.”

Pastor Tim Dunnett of House of Prayer, Europe shares from Psalm 110:3 how God promised Jesus an army of young people. “Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy splendour, your young men will come to you…”

“Jesus will have an army of youth with hearts devoted to pursuing Him,” Tim declares. “God’s Word is awakening young people’s hearts to rise up and we release the calling of God upon them, that they may speak with passion to the nations.”

In addition to House of Prayer, Europe, Ken and Lois Gott also head up Revival Now! Ministries and the International Bethshan apostolic community. The House of Prayer, Europe was birthed in 2008 in Sunderland and has been the home of 24/7 nonstop prayer for several years.

End Times Isn’t Doomsday: A Great Revival Is Coming! Why Don’t We Talk About It?

The True Key to the End Times

A great revival is coming, so why doesn’t anyone talk about it?

A friend had just returned from a three-day conference on the end times. This “prophetic” conference was focusing on all of the Bible verses about the end. And there are many; more than two dozen. He was so excited and wanted to share with me. I asked a simple question: “What did they say about the great revival that is coming? You know, that time when God pours out His Spirit on all flesh, and whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” I was referring to Acts 2:17-21 or Joel 2:30-32. He told me that topic never came up. Three days on the signs of the end, and no mention of a worldwide revival, no mention of God pouring out His Spirit on all flesh! I was not surprised…..

Don’t misplace your focus

Just this week, looking on the internet for “signs of the end times” confirmed my thinking. When you hear about those signs, we talk about wars, and earthquakes, and famine, and increased sin, and on and on. In one article, titled 26 End Time Signs number 22 was; “The Gospel will be preached as a warning to all nations. Matthew 24:14.” That one is getting closer to what you and I can do, but it leaves out the promise of what God is going to do as a result! He will pour out His Spirit and initiate a worldwide revival. (I say “worldwide” because He says “all flesh.”) In another article, the author had 18 signs and number 18 was “Gospel Preached to World.” No mention of the coming move of God that initiates this worldwide move of His Spirit that results in a world changing end time event.

We should be more excited than ever

Like you, I can see all of the signs; but they don’t bring fear or trepidation or even sleeplessness. What I see is the precursor to what He has called us to do: to preach the Gospel, to introduce people to Jesus and invite the power of His Holy Spirit into our lives and the lives of those we interact with.
You see, the end times is not just a series of events that we have no control over; instead, it should be a motivating factor in getting involved with what God is preparing for these next years. Revival is coming! Bigger than we have seen; churches will be changed, your business will be changed, governments will be impacted; families and marriages and schools will never be the same.

Closing thoughts

If you are looking for signs of the end, you don’t have to look far. But if you want to do something about it: then now is the time. We all have a part to play because God has promised to touch all flesh. That means your circle of friends; not just your church going Christian friends; but your unbelieving neighbor, your backslidden relative; even your godless and irreverent co-worker.
