What God Will Do In The Last Days

I am not content with this being the end of the story for America. I am not just Sicilian. I’m not just a Sicilian grandmother. I’m a Sicilian godmother in many ways. I don’t know if you know what Sicilians are. We are different than Italians. Sicilians are Greeks, Arabs, and Italians mixed. An Italian will feed you, but a Sicilian could kill you. And so that is the kind of the peril of our time period that I wanna speak to you. And you need to have a godmother who closes some of the gaps in your life.

And I wanna begin by actually locating when we are. A lot of times, people know where they are, but they don’t know when they are. And there are times in life when knowing when you are, it’s more important than knowing where you are. I live in Colorado Springs, which means a lot of times I have to hop on a plane and connect through Dallas, Texas, or Chicago. And when you go through Dallas or Chicago, you experience a time change. Do you remember back in the days of stupid phones? Stupid phones did not change with the time zone. I had taken my boys with me on a youth ministry trip and we landed in Dallas, Texas. And I said, “Oh my gosh, guys, we’ve got two hours! Let’s go to Dickey’s Barbecue.” One of my children tried to point out, “Mom, you said we had an hour layover.” I said, “Well, obviously I was wrong. We are going for barbecue.” And so we went for barbecue and then I showed up at the gate and they were like, “You’re a platinum and you missed your connection.” Why? Because I didn’t know when I was.

I wanna tell you when we are right now. We are Acts chapter 2:17-18. And this is God talking to us. He says, “This is what I will do in the last days.” This is what God will do in the last days. He said, “I will pour out my Spirit on everybody and cause your sons and your daughters to prophesy.” What does that mean? It means that the sons and the daughters of God are going to stand on the face of the earth and release the words of heaven. They are going to say, “Earth! Earth! Hear you the word of the Lord!” Sons and daughters that will open their mouth and release God’s word. And then He goes on to say, “Your young men will see visions and your old men will experience dreams from God. The Holy Spirit will come upon all my servants, men and women alike, and they will prophesy.”

I wanna do something here. I want every woman to stand to your feet right now. I don’t know if you understand, but the Northwest has been known for its oppression of women. And there has been a response to that oppression where women, who have known they were created for power, have leaned into witchcraft. But I break divination and I break witchcraft off of the women in this area. And I release you to be fully who God created you to be. God created woman as the answer to the very first problem. And that was, it is not good for man to be alone. You were created to be an answer. You would not be more powerful if God had created you as a man. You were hand woven in your mother’s womb for this time to be a woman. You are an intimate answer to enormous problems. And you don’t take your value from the sons. You get it from your Father. We are not going to be of those in the world who take out their anger on the men. We are going to lean into our Father and we are going to be everything that He created us to be. I want you to look at me and say, “I’m an answer; not a problem.”

Now, you know what I want you to do tomorrow? I want you to brush your teeth in the morning, because everybody should. But when you brush your teeth, I want you to look in the mirror and point your toothbrush at that mirror. And I want you to say, “There’s a problem out there that I am an answer to,” because it’s not enough to hear you are an answer unless you are released to be an answer. And women see problems that other people miss, because you’re an answer to those problems. So you have full permission to be God’s answer to world problems, in Jesus’ name. Alright, sit down.

Men, stand up. Because see, there’s a hatred right now towards the sons. And as a mother of men, I don’t like that. I wanna say this to the men that are here. You are brave men. You are men of strength. You are men of virtue, and we honor you. We thank God for your lives. We thank you that God created you to represent His strength and His glory. We thank you that you are men who bring order, so that those under your care can flourish. We thank you that God’s Spirit is poured out on both sons and daughters, and there are battles for you to fight and there are battles for us to fight, but we will not fight the men anymore. We are coming alongside of you as your intimate allies in Jesus’ name. I bless the sons of God that are here in this house. And I thank you for being here and leaning in. I’m so honored as a mother and a grandmother in this house that you would come and let me speak life to you. Go ahead and sit down.

See, in the very beginning, there was one man and there was one woman and they had one heart: God’s heart. We were never supposed to be anything but intimate allies. It was the fall that originated the battle of the sexes. And now there is no battle. God only wants us to be one. I also love that this isn’t just about gender. It’s also about generations. John and I had this incredible privilege to go to Singapore and speak earlier this year. And while we were there, we were at a church that was, I can’t remember if it’s like 8,000 people, but the average age was 21.8 years. And, John and I were just in awe. We’re like, “How in the world can a church this big have an average age of 21.8?” And pastor Lia and pastor How of the Heart of God Church explained to us, they said, “We believe that the next generation is not our replacements. We believe they are reinforcement.” And when you understand that the next generation is the reinforcement of the older generation then you treat them differently.

See, this next generation is the answer to my prayers. The things that I have prayed for years, I’m seeing coming up in the next generation. And so I’m thrilled when I get to come to a place like this and see the fruit of my prayers. You think, “But it hasn’t been as hard for them.” Well, are we gonna be those that Jesus had to rebuke? Do you remember, He’s talking about those that bore the weight of the day, the heat of the day, that labored for 12 hours, getting the same wages as those that came up in the last hour. And Jesus said, “Hey, are you mad at me because I’m generous?” When I look at you, I think about the generousness of our God. I am an old woman who is going to dream dreams, and I believe that the young women and the young men are going to speak vision and life. So I want you to know that I am honored and excited to get to actually speak into you, but you gotta know when you are.

We are in the last days. And in the last days, God says it is all hands on deck. He’s pouring out His Spirit on men and women alike, old and young, and He will cause the signs and the wonders to follow.

Speaking In Tongues

Today I want to talk to you about the power of speaking in tongues. Now I grew up in a church where none of that was happening. As a matter of fact, I thought it was pretty weird when I finally joined a church that taught me out of the word with tongues, came from the importance of it, et cetera, et cetera. I remember even going to a conference where the preacher said, “Now everyone speak in tongues.” And I thought, “Oh my gosh, we’re praying in tongues in a public place.” Because I was told that that was a cult. You know, our church was being ridiculed for that. And I just realized out of the word, this is such a powerful weapon that the enemy has tried to hide from the church because when we pray in tongues, he does not understand what we are saying, and we are bypassing the brain, which is basically most of the time, human limitation.

And we get to pray in the perfect will and word of the Lord. I remember even walking around at a waterfront one time and suddenly tongues just came over me and I was praying in tongues. I was like, “Okay.” And as I came around the corner, I realized there was a massive New Age fair. And I go, I would not have been able to think that out, but God knows when He needs to align you to have you pray a certain way. And sometimes we might ask too small, we might think too small. In the book of Acts, Acts 2, Jesus had everyone waiting in the upper room and He said, “Don’t leave until you’ve received my Holy Spirit.” And it says that as they were waiting, what sounded like a mighty rushing wind came into that place. And suddenly what looked like tongues of fire came and landed on each one of them and they received tongues.

And so I want to encourage you, because 3000 people got saved just from that encounter. As strange as it might seem, I want to tell you, there’s nothing as amazing as praying in the Spirit of God, knowing that the King of the universe, the Spirit is praying through your mouth, the perfect will and alignment of God. You’ve got blessing and cursing coming out of your mouth. And God is so big, He bypasses our brain. And so right now, if you’ve not yet received your spiritual tongue, I want to pray this over. You just receive this right now, as we release the baptism of the Spirit. Father, right now in Jesus’ Name, I pray for the fire of heaven. That same Spirit that came in the book of Acts to come upon every listener right now. I thank you, Jesus. We loose the tongues. We will release that baptism from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. And some of you are going to feel heat. Some of you are going to start thinking, “Whoa, something’s happening.” But I wanna encourage you just start praying, let it bubble up inside of you, and I right now in the Spirit, I just lay hands on you. And I say, receive, in Jesus’ Name. And keep praying in tongues. You’re changing the world.

Blessing Of God

It’s such a great honor to get to come in and speak to all the God TV family. As we move into this year, we just speak the blessing of God over you. I want to share a scripture with you out of John chapter 14, verse 20. It says, “At that day…” (and that was actually talking about the day the Holy Spirit would come into the earth in the upper room.) He said, “At that day, you shall know that I am in the Father and you are in me, and I am in you.”

You know, when you read that, what that really says is that you’re going to be settled and you’re going to be secured in your own identity. You’re actually going to be a person who calls fear to be removed from your life and that you can begin to live life without fear. You know, the Bible says in another place that fear has torment, but perfect love casts out all fear. I want to encourage you today: Let the Holy Spirit come. Let Him unveil for you the love that God has for you, because in Romans 5, it says that the Holy Spirit comes. He sheds abroad His love into our heart.

You know, I’ve experienced this so many times when I’m in a place of uncertainty, when I’m in a place of awkwardness, when I’m in a place that I don’t know what the future holds, or I’m afraid something’s against me that I don’t know about, whatever it may be. I have had the Holy Spirit come and actually shed His love abroad in my heart, and all of a sudden, I know Jesus is in the Father, I’m in Him and He’s in me. God wants you to know the same thing, so that the rest and the peace of God takes hold of your heart, and you are settled in your identity and who you are in the Lord.

So Father, I pray for your precious people. I pray that in this season, in this time, the rest of God will come into their hearts. The security of God would come into their hearts and they would be at complete peace in Him in all that they do, and in all areas of their life. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Contending For National Revival Through The Church Becoming A House of Prayer

This morning I felt the heart of God concerning His desire to see the nation changed for Jesus. I believe God wants to bring revival to nations. I believe that he wants revival and His word to touch the White House, Education, Media and every area of society. At the moment however we see darkness cover these areas like never before. Many are afraid but as I have contended for America over the years in prayer. I have asked a question what needs to happen for America to turn back to God and this young generation.

As I asked this question the Holy Spirit dropped this in my Spirit. The answer is corporate prayer, fasting and repentance within the church corporately. But more importantly the church must not just host prayer meetings but must return to God’s original purpose for the church which is that we would become His Bethel and a House of Prayer unto all nations according to scripture.

Isaiah 56:7 (ESV) – “these I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”

Jesus heart burned for His church to burn with the fragrance of prayer when he walks into the temple and sees everything going on accept prayer. They were like many of our churches doing religious activity but lacked the furnace of prayer and worship to the Lord. Jesus brought reformation when he cleansed the temple(John 2:13-22).

This is the desire of the Lord today for the church, America and the nations. I believe every church giving themselves to constant around the clock prayer mixed with fasting and spiritual warfare will bring deliverance to our cities and birth revival and the Glory.

I first got involved with the prayer meeting years ago when I walked into this small House of Prayer called IHOPE in Indiana. I was engulfed in a world of constant prayer like never before. I even became a part time prayer staff member. I since then have given myself to the prayer movement and prayer to see revival nationally and globally.

This concept of constant prayer was seen first in the life of the Moravians. The Moravian Community of Herrnhut in Saxony, in 1727, commenced a round-the-clock “prayer watch” that continued nonstop for over a hundred years. This prayer movement birthed great revival and a global mission movement. This revival of prayer birthed by the Moravians is still being seen today.

In recent years the International House of Prayer in Kansas city that started On May 7, 1999, the International House of Prayer of Kansas City (IHOPKC) was founded by Mike Bickle and twenty full-time “intercessory missionaries,” who began to cry out to God in prayer with worship for thirteen hours each day. Four months later, on September 19, 1999, prayer and worship extended to the full 24/7 schedule. Now this movement has been the catalyst for the global prayer movement. I believe and feel that God wants to release a greater spirit or travail and prayer upon the global and especially the nation church.
America is in desperate need of revival and these Bethel these houses of prayer are central to opening the heavens over cities covered in darkness. What would our nation look like if every church had a ministry of prayer as a focal point.

What would the atmosphere of our cities be if we had a house of prayer on every corner. The Holy Spirit wants to release this anointing of prayer upon every church. This is I believe key to bringing a generation back to Jesus. There is no way around it we must contend as churches and city ministries.

Thank God for the ministries like IHOP Kansas City, Upper Room, The Call With Lou Engle, Burn 24/7 and many other ministries or prayer. But we need every church to join in. One of the greatest prayer revivals that is often over looked by many which is a picture of how prayer can change a nation.

Is seen in what many call the Layman’s Revival. Led by Jeremy Lanphier at this time in history much like today America sure needed prayer and a move of the Spirit. The United States was in a spiritual, political, and economic decline. Much like is plaguing our cities and entertainment. Many people were uninterested in the things of God and religion had set in across America. Agitation over slavery was creating political unrest, and civil war seemed near. As it does today just look at the news. Just he year of the revival, financial panic had hit. Banks failed, railroads went bankrupt, factories closed, unemployment increased. This all might sound familiar which should excite you because many would look at think it was over for America then.

But one man In lower Manhattan, and a Dutch Reformed church had been losing members, largely because of population changes owing to immigration; just as many are losing members because of Covid. Church attendance is at a all time low.

This church hired a simple layman Jeremy to reverse the trend with an active visitation program. Despite his visits, church members were listless. So this intercessor and man burdened by a desire to see America turn back to God. Rented a simple hall on Fulton street and advertised a prayer meetings. This man was had very close fellowship with the Lord and thought others might, too. Conditions in the United States got worse however as darkness sweep across the nation. The Bank of Philadelphia failed. The third week of Jeremy’s program, his prayer meeting had forty participants and they asked for daily meetings.

On October 10, the stock market crashed. Suddenly people were flocking to the prayer meetings. Within six months 10,000 people were gathering daily for prayer in New York City alone. Revival sweep across the nation it is said that the presence of God could be felt in the streets of our nation.

This is called by many America’s Third Great Awakening. This was the first revival beginning in America that had a worldwide impact. The revival spread to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Europe, South Africa, India, Australia, and the Pacific islands.

God wants to do it again but understand this awakening started in the church and effected nations. One church became a house of prayer and the nation was never the same. Wonder if you are that intercessor that will lead the next prayer movement.

Wonder if your church is the next church to host a city awakening. I know it seems impossible looking at our news and nation but we must not give up. We must fight until our last breath to believe for a great final harvest of souls before Jesus returns.

It’s time for the church to become a house of prayer that will effect nations.

Contending For Revival Across America

There is so much going on around us in our news, and world. Chaos, fear, and uncertainty are at the forefront of our news stations. To some or even many all hopes of a shift in this generation looks hopeless. The statistics and just the simple view of our nation and world look as if we are in trouble. But I believe with every ounce of my being that all hope is not lost. I believe that in the midst of great darkness God’s Glory is about to be poured out and is being poured out on this generation. Revival is coming.

Revival: Hope In Jesus

I want to encourage you that in the midst of all that’s going on around us. That God is ready to partner with his Church to release his Glory in these last days. We are given a promise in several places of scripture that we would see an outpouring of the spirit and glory in the last days.

“And afterward,
    I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
    your old men will dream dreams,
    your young men will see visions.

(Joel 2:28 NIV)

Believe His Word

This promise was not just for the church of Acts. But is a prophecy to the last day church as well. Each generation must believe God for His fire and Glory to shake their generation. Each generation must through much prayer and fasting birth a move of the spirit in their cities and regions. We know that this happened in the book of Acts as 120 prayed and believed for the promise of the father in the upper room. I believe with everything in my spirit that the only hope for our nation is the Glory of God covering a generation. Like it did in the Healing Revival, The Latter Reign movement as well as the Jesus People movement.

I firmly believe that the presence of God returning to the Church in an unusual way is the key to shifting the destiny of a generation. One that is walking away from God and leaving the Church as well as a nation. But the question is what can the remnant do to position ourselves in the center of God’s will? I believe the secret is of course praying and fasting for revival in our cities like never before.

“Announce a time of fasting; call the people together for a solemn meeting. Bring the leaders and all the people of the land into the Temple of the LORD your God, and cry out to him there.”

(Joel 1:14 NLT)

A Perfect Time For Revival

Coming off this lockdown, I believe American is ripe for an encounter with God’s Glory. But we must get hungry again despite what we see in our nation. However, we must not allow the racial division, the political division, and everything else going on in our lives and nation to deter us because the harvest must be brought in.

This generation needs to encounter the God of the generations of old. They need to encounter the God of miracles, signs, and wonders as did our forefathers. I am believing that in this hour of great crisis that fasting, prayer and the demonstration of God’s power is the remedy.

This verse above in Joel gives us the prophetic prescription to see such outpouring and we must not stop until we see God shake this generation. Finally, I have made this the core of my ministry assignment.

Turning Back To God

The Joel 2 Generation picked up the mandate to believe for the Glory of God to invade this generation. After just leaving a Lou Engle Event in Kentucky a man that is a father in the faith to me. I want to invite a new generation to believe with me for a revival of God’s Glory in our generation. Let’s pick up the mantle and see a generation turn back to God.

“For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.”

(Habakkuk 2:14 KJV)

In conclusion, this is the promise of God for the end-time Church: that He covers the earth in with His Glory. All we must do is contend for these beautiful promises in prayer and fasting. Let’s believe that the answer is not in the White House but the answer is the revived Church house. Yes, I pray and fast for righteousness in every aspect of government. But my hope is in the God that answers by fire.

The Coming Charismatic Renewal and Cultural Collision

“I appeal to you, brothers, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment.” (1 Corinthians 1:10, esv)

“There is coming a second wave of the Charismatic Renewal in our generation! We are about to see blacks and whites brought together by the power of God! There is about to be an explosion of Glory that will be leaked into every denomination. The racial walls are coming down in this final outpouring of God’s Spirit. We are going to see the Baptist church catch fire like never before. The Glory of God is about to invade the Lutheran church. God is tired of the racial, and denominational division in the body of Christ.”

This is what I heard God say to me.

The Charismatic Renewal—the day when God began to baptize those in the Catholic Church and those outside of the traditional Pentecostal church with the Holy Spirit— was truly one of the most impressive, barrier-breaking moves of the Spirit. This revival has grown and continues to grow in this present day. There are over 150 million Catholics that have been baptized with the Holy Spirit.1 Catholic Holy Spirit–filled priests are walking in the power of the Holy Spirit, praying for the sick and calling for deliverance. Even though this move has divided and shifted the dynamics within the Catholic Church itself, it has built a bridge in uniting different denominations through the baptism of the Spirit.

God said in Joel 2 that He would pour His Spirit out on all flesh—not just on one particular denomination, but on every denomination, whether they are Baptist, Methodist, or Catholic. The Holy Spirit spoke to me concerning this revival, and He said He was going to flood every denomination with His Spirit. He told me that in this next move of the Holy Spirit, denominational barriers and racial barriers are going to be destroyed. We can not see unity in our generation separate from the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. There is such a separation of culture, every race worships in there own culture a streams. The same goes for denominations. This is ending; God showed me that the walls were about to fall.

God is raising up cultural reformers to challenge the way we have done ministry and church. We are about to see a increase in multicultural ministry in the body of Christ. I believe the Charismatic Renewal anointing is being resurrected in our generation! The Charismatic Renewal is the greatest evidence of God’s plan to unite all of His people by the power of His Spirit.

The Holy Spirit is not just for Pentecostals; the early church started as one body of believers. For generations, we have been divided by doctrine and culture which has pushed many away from the faith because of our pride. Are you ready for a cultural reformation? We have had all one color on the pulpit and in our conferences for too long. God is calling for a cultural collision and Charismatic shift!

What Does Authentic Revival Look Like?

I wanted to write this article because of the way that the word “revival” is used; especially within the charismatic context of the word. But authentic revival is more than what most might think.

This word is used so often in revival camps, however, as a student of revival history, I am cerain that the term revival has lost its historic context.

Brownsville was a revival, Azusa was a revival, Toronto was an authentic revival – and so on. I think it’s important that we stop calling services, in which the spirit is simply moving, revival. Revival is more than just a powerful meeting, revival is something much more. So in this article, I want to awaken you to authentic revival.

The church and God look at revival differently

We think about souls being saved but He thinks about His kingdom infiltrating the earth and His sons and daughters walking in dominion. The sad part of man’s loss of identity from the fall is that we now think revival is a bunch of powerless shouting and bigger buildings. Many people have grown up in a church culture thinking that they know what revival is but never truly seeing what revival actually looks like. Unfortunately, many leave their “revivals” feeling empty or with the same flawed heart posture.

Revival is not just people jumping up and down, falling on the floor, and speaking in tongues. It is not just good preaching, a good cry, or high attendance. Although these things may be manifested during a revival; churches can experience them without ever seeing real change in their lives or hearts. But true revival brings about dramatic encounters with the living God. When revival hits – people, nations, and systems are radically transformed. When revival comes we won’t have to ask if its truly revival– everyone will just know.

Benny Hinn carried such revival that he was experiencing realms of the Glory that few to this day have tapped into. Brownsville, they say, was so powerful that you could barely step out of your car before the conviction of the spirit would hit you. Toronto to this day is still impacting the nations of the world. Through people like Randy Clark, Heidi Baker, and many others.

I believe revival has to be understood from the context of us as sons and daughters awakening to God’s original call upon every one of our lives.

This is authentic revival

Every revival is about Genesis 1:28 manifesting on the earth. Everything God has done that you will see throughout the Bible has everything to do with heaven’s agenda spoken in Genesis. If the entire body of Christ could grasp the revelation behind this simple yet profound verse, we would be seeing things we can only imagine. Nations would be changed, hell would be plundered, and the kingdom of darkness would be pushed back. This verse is God’s original revivalist agenda for all mankind. From the oldest to the youngest of saints, you can be found in this verse.

Even before the Holy Spirit unveiled this scripture more to His body, this verse was in the mind and heart of the Father from the beginning. Every movement, every revival was birthed out of the Father’s original commission for Adam and Eve, which they failed to do. Revival is not a “plan b” in the mind of God. Revival has and always will be God’s plan A.

We were created meaning the church to live in revival. That’s why the word revival was not in the book of Acts, they lived in revival. I am convinced that this is the reason in America we have to talk about revival so much. We are talking about something we have language for but no experience. That’s why in places like Africa they rarely ever preach on revival, they are to busy living in revival. Satan did not destroy God’s original plan. The Father was not in heaven wondering, “How am I going to fix this mess, that Satan started?”.

Man was created for revival

The purpose and intent of the body of Christ was never to have church. The intent of God was for us to carry his Glory to our generation. The devil does not care about us shouting or having church. He cares about souls being restored to the father in union.

In the event of the fall of man in the garden did more than we can even imagine. Just like many of our revivalist falling has completely destroyed revivals and millions as a result. Many of our revivalist ended badly which teaches us that revival is costly to God. he desires to release revival but must find a vessel with the character to match the gifting. Adam was called to bring revival into a chaotic Earth.

However, many do not understand that Satan had already fallen, and he and his associates were in the earth. By this time things outside the garden were going to hell, literally. So God created one set of revivalists and gave them their assignment. The garden is a picture of the glory that we are called to walk in and carry as we leave the garden of our own secret places of prayer. The Father was basically was telling Adam, “Go set up My government across this earth; conduct the policy, actions, and affairs of this world”.

The fall destroyed the revivalist in Adam that we were all called to be. Genesis 1:28, amazingly enough, was God’s commission to Adam, but many miss the revelation which is that in this verse, Adam was not yet formed. This shows us that authentic revival in God’s grand plan starts from the moment He speaks, not after it begins. This verse was given before God even began to form mankind. You were formed to be a revivalist before you were even born. He is saying the same thing to you that He said to Adam; which is to have dominion and reign.

We were created in the very image of God; to set up heaven’s kingdom on Earth. This is a perfect picture of true revival and what God calls us all to carry; Not just Adam, or the big Evangelist, or the fivefold ministry but every Christian. Revival is for every believer, we are all called to carry the supernatural power of God everywhere we go. You are called to carry the revival fire of God in the grocery store, movie theater, and your place of work. The church coming alive is the answer to the growing crisis in our nation.

You are His “plan A”

At the fall, although the revivalist in Adam was forfeited, the revivalistic agenda was not lost. This shows us that historically men have fallen because of pride, and selfishness. God will continue to raise up men that carry a heart to see a nation return back to him. Jesus was the second Adam and allows us to fully walk in what was originally prophesied to Adam and Eve. Through the cross, Jesus resurrected the revivalist in us to the full extent of His original plan. He took dominion back from the enemy and gave it to a new breed of revivalists. You are Gods plan A for releasing His kingdom upon this earth.

We are called to reign over territories that Satan now has illegally and to go into those territories and release the ones held captive. You are being called to take Genesis 1:28 farther than any generation before or after, and I believe in this article you have begun to feel the confirmation of the Holy Spirit. You will realize that you have more in common with the men and women of history than you think. You will realize that you are called to be a son or daughter that walks in dominion driven revival. This is the hour for us to authentically carry revival fire, and not just preach and teach about revival.

In revival, the lost are saved and baptized in the spirit. In revival, cities are shaken, and demonic strongholds are broken over regions. The most important element to revival is that of repentance. As authentic revival touches a nation, city or a people there is genuine repentance and turning back to God wholeheartedly. If we are not seeing people repent, there is a good indication that we are not experiencing true revival.

We need a move

America will not see revival until we as a nation repent, I do not care how many healings, miracles, and the prophetic we experience. If it doesn’t cause us to run to the altar of repentance than we have fallen short of the standard of authentic revival.

I believe in this hour God is raising up a new breed of revivalist that will carry a new dimension of revival fire in this end time. They will be rejected by man but will carry a fresh move of the spirit, they will see Gold Dust manifestations, feathers, and supernatural miracles of fiances. This new breed will call a generation back to God by the thousands. It’s time for the new breed to arise in this hour.

Joel’s Army Is About To Arise In The Midst Of Darkness

While thinking about all the darkness in our day I heard the Lord say, “Joel’s army is about to arise.” The Holy Spirit showed me that we won’t just be a generation of zeal for the Lord but we will be a mighty army in God’s Kingdom.

We are being drafted into an End-Time Army! This is God’s answer for a generation in the midst of perversion and wickedness – the Army of God must arise in boldness. The revelation of Joel’s Army comes from the book of Joel. In Joel 2:2-3, we see several prophetic pictures:

One is of darkness that is overcome by an army. This army will walk in such a great measure of power that every revival of the past will seem like nothing but previews.

Secondly, a major characteristic of this army is going to be the fire they carry. In verse 3 the fire that burns in front of them is the Holy Spirit. The flames that follow after them is the trail of impartation that they made. The new testament confirms that God wants to baptize us not only in water but with fire, too. “I baptize you with water for repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I… He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire” (Matthew 3:11). Many in the Church have experienced the Baptism of the Holy Spirit but not many have received the impartation of the baptism of fire.

This army will carry fire in their hands and it will spread through impartation like wildfire; with the Holy Spirit leading the charge.

“This mighty army is on the earth now. An army that was actually prophesied about thousands of years ago before Jesus ever stepped on the scene. Jesus Christ walked the earth as the ultimate prototype and model of what everyone in this army would preach and demonstrate.

We are that army. We have sat dormant too long, God is waiting on us to wake up to who we are in our identities. We are the sons of God that earth is waiting on to subdue the darkness… “For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God” (Romans 8:19).

Revelation has been the central theme in every move of the Holy Spirit we have discussed but if you have not come away with anything else from this article I hope you came away with this: Romans 8:19 actually tells us that creation is CRYING out for you and me to come into our identities as the sons of God.

When you come into that revelation you will begin to see this verse fulfilled fully: “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in Me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.” (John 14:12).

The Holy Spirit actually showed me that Jesus was prophesying this generation’s destiny. A generation so developed in their identity in God, their strength is as a great army; consuming darkness with the light and fire of the Holy Spirit.

This End-Time army that every fivefold leader is called to raise up was prophesied about again in the writings of late healing evangelist Charles Price in 1916:

“. . . the most prophetical generation, will the Most High raise up who shall deliver His elect by the force of spiritual arms; for which there must be raised certain head powers to bear the first office, who are to be persons in favor with God, whose dread and fear shall fall on all nations, visible and invisible, because of the mighty acting power of the Holy Spirit which shall rest upon them; for Christ shall appear in some chosen vessels to bring into the Promised Land. Thus Moses and Joshua may be considered types of some upon whom the same spirit will fall, yet in greater proportion! Whereby they shall make way for the ransomed of the Lord to return to Mt. Zion.”

Charles Parham also prophesied and said: “At Christ’s Second Coming the Church will be found with the same power that the apostles and the Early Church possessed. The power of Pentecost is manifest in us. The Christian religion must be demonstrated. The world wants to be shown. Then let God’s power be manifest through us.”

God has been preparing us through all these previous moves of God. They all added a piece to the puzzle. What God is doing now is actually setting the stage for this army in ways that radically blow my mind. Through ministries like The Happy Hunters, John Wimber, and in current times, Todd White, God is doing a new thing.

He is calling everyday Christians to walk in an apostolic anointing. He is and has raised up men and women who devote themselves to this. There used to be a time when it was only high-profile evangelists who were praying for the sick. Those days are quickly coming to an end. God has called us to raise up an army that will demonstrate the things we only see on TV in our everyday lives.

As the days grow darker, and hell seems to break-lose all around us there is a Glory that God is releasing upon the earth through an army to challenge the spirit of the Antichrist at work in our nation, and around the world.

But I believe what specifically makes this army special is that the Joel 2 Army will be made up of a substantial number of young people. These college students and young glory carriers are on our campuses. We are about to see revival come to college campuses. God is about to send his fire starters. This prophetic, miracle-working army of young believers will be one that fights on their knees in 24-hour worship and prayer. They will host the presence of God like no generation before and will carry the Holy Spirit and fire.

This is what you are being called into. God is waiting for you to accept and recruit others. Do not let this stop with you. If you are reading this God is recruiting you to stand for Him like never before and to demonstrate His Glory everywhere you go.
