A dying elderly man was baptized with the help of incredibly caring hospital staff. This memorable event was all caught on camera.
Kenneth Connors is a patient at the Huntsville Hospital in Alabama, and only 15% of his heart is functioning properly. When he realized it was time to go home to God, he decided he needed to be baptized.
Baptism in the Hospital
Medical staff and doctors disconnected Kenneth from all machines and transported him to an area where they could baptize him.
Kenneth was in his eighties, but he proved that being baptized into the family of God is right at any age. Even on your deathbed, God can still make you new and carry you with arms wide open to His Kingdom. It’s never too late to accept the gift of Eternal Life through Jesus Christ.
Inspiring Video
No matter how full of negativity the media is, there are still videos like this; videos of people celebrating new life in Jesus.
Today let’s remember that God is ALIVE! And His he has a place prepared for us; a place free of pain, suffering, strife, and evil.
Kenneth is now a part of God’s family and enjoying his salvation that was given to us by Jesus Christ.
“This water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.” (1 Peter 3 : 21)
