Know that God wants to heal you today! God’s will is to heal people who are sick and save them from their suffering.
God Wants To Heal
Chris Overstreet shares a powerful message about healing during Awakening Europe in Prague. During his speech, Chris emphasized to the audience that God wants to heal everyone. He also challenged everyone to share with the world the His healing power.
“We’ve got to know God’s will. His will is to heal,” Chris said. “If we know that His will is to save, we’re going to preach Jesus as the Savior. If we know that His will is to heal, we’ll preach Him as a Healer… So if you see people today that are sick, approach them.”
Faith
Healing doesn’t come through our own power and hard work; healing only comes through our faith in God. Only God can heal the sick and by His authority that has been given to us, we became an instrument of his power.
“It’s not in the tone of your prayer, it’s the faith that’s in your heart,” he added.
Knowing that the will of the Father is to heal, be someone who goes out to the world and show them how God can heal. Be someone who is moving in authority that has been given to you.
“There’s a difference between moving in power and authority,” he said. “Moving in power is like riding wave, but moving in authority is creating the wave.”
As a Child of God, be confident that God’s great power is alive in us.
“We need the power of God moving through our lives. And oftentimes, we don’t really realize how much we have of God in us.”
