A drug-addicted man surrendered his life to Christ again after his dad prayed for many years.
A Boy Who Loved Jesus
Jordan Wilson grew up in a loving Christian home. He was a boy who loved Jesus with all his heart. People looked up to him, and he was popular at church and school because of his passion for God. Even his dad, Roger, felt proud to have him as his son. That’s why no one ever thought Jordan would go down a path outside of God’s will.

The teen was also popular with girls. At 16-years-old, he began dating a 19-year-old girl. That’s when he started to compromise his relationship with God to spend more time with his girlfriend. Soon, the worldly pleasures tempted him and caught his attention. And he eventually left his love for God behind, started using drugs and alcohol, and began partying with friends.
Praying For Drug-Addicted Son
Meanwhile, Roger noticed the changes that happened to his dear son. And he knew the only thing he could do was pray for him.
“I’ve prayed for that boy almost every day of his life,” the father recounted.

But all the while, Jordan continued living his life around pills and meth. Soon, he became a drug manufacturer and seller to earn money. Then he was in and out of jail and rehab several times.
Roger kept praying for his son despite the continuous hopeless cycle his son was in. For the father, he knew what God could do, for nothing is impossible to Him. He was praying for a miracle.
Until one day, the father invited his son to go to church with him on Easter Sunday. Jordan wouldn’t have come if it wasn’t for his dad’s birthday card. So, he went to church with him as a birthday gift for his dad. That’s when he felt the stirring of hope in his heart again.

At church service, the pastor did an altar call that would lead Jordan in front of the altar. Watch how God swept Jordan off his feet and encountered him again.
“Other than the day I watched him be born, the greatest day was watching him give his heart back to God,” his father remarked.
So powerful!
