The award-winning artist told Christian Headlines that his recent experiences stirred something in him that made him believe God is moving across the globe.
“Something’s happening,” he said. “I’m so grateful that I’m alive to get to see it.”
After joining Franklin Graham at the Spring Love Festival in Vietnam, Michael witnessed how God drew thousands of Vietnamese to Himself.
According to Michael, the evangelistic crusade was the first time the Vietnamese government permitted it to happen inside the country. As such, Vietnamese Christians have prayed that God would fill the attendees and that many would come to know the truth of Christ.
Global Revival
Before the first day of the crusade, Michael shared that he kept hearing a “rumble” within the place. He thought that the noise was from a nearby soccer game. And so, he followed the rumbling sound and was undone by what he discovered.
It turned out that it came from a tent filled with Vietnamese Christians. They were all praying out loud. “They were praying for what was happening out in the field where we were,” Michael said.
He captured the special moment and shared it on his social media account. He wrote in his caption, “Grateful to be in Vietnam. And thankful that things are shifting in America… But something is shifting here as well…and around the world! Bring it! Amen, and amen!”

The worship leader believes that the world is experiencing a massive move from God. He referred to the revivals breaking out in colleges and the timely release of Christian hit shows, “Jesus Revolution” and “The Chosen.”
“I think it’s happening,” he said. “I think what we’ve prayed for, for so long, is actually happening. … There’s this resurgence of faith.”
