We use reminders because people tend to forget easily. There are times in life where we forget that God is near because we are so focused on our pain, our failures, and just on ourselves.
But today God wants to remind us of these three things;
1. Trust His loving kindness
We need to face the day with a heart that always trusts God in His Loving Kindness. Proverbs 3:5 tells us to never lean on our understanding and to keep on trusting the Lord with all our hearts. In other words, if we claim to trust in the Lord, we should not also depend upon our ability to comprehend everything that He is doing.
Let us rest assured that God’s love is endless; it will never run out. It’s always present, always here with us, empowering us every day to never lose hope and face each day with confidence because He will never leave us.
2. Our hearts rejoice in His salvation
In the presence of God, there is fullness of Joy. God, in His Loving Kindness, wants everyone to rejoice! God provides what we need; each day He knows what we have to go through. He invites us to celebrate with Him!
It’s hard to rejoice when you’re sad and things are not happening according to your plans, or when your heart is in pain. But God says, if we only have faith like a mustard seed, we can move mountains.
God gives us life in abundance through Jesus, He tells us not to worry about anything, but instead to pray with thanksgiving. He tells us to ask, to seek and to knock. Let your heart rejoice in Jesus.
3. Never stop praising God
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!
God is always worthy to be praised, the moment we start praising Him our circumstances will automatically change. Praising God gets our focus back on Him. Praising God will give us positivity and wash away our negative thoughts. We have so much to thank and praise God for, and there’s high power in giving honor to Him.
