An undamaged piano was recovered by a Tennessee pastor in a Church building that was destroyed by a tornado.
Tennessee church
On the evening of April 12, a tornado with 1450-mph winds hit Chattanooga, Tennessee and destroyed around 150 buildings. It killed two people and injured many in the city. Among the buildings that were destroyed by the tornado was the Cornerstone Apostolic Church where an unthinkable event happened.
As church pastor Raymond Sloan was salvaging through the ruins, he discovered a piano under a torn down wall. The piano was shockingly undamaged!

“The wall in the entry had fallen and it covered everything,” the pastor said. “One of the men said we need to see what’s under this and there stood this piano.”
Undamaged piano
Pastor Raymond sat in the piano and started to sing praises to the Lord. Soon everyone started singing with him.
“He sat down and started playing it and everybody in there starting singing,” he added. “No echo because the roof’s gone, but the spirit of unity.”
Helping the community
The Cornerstone Apostolic Church is helping the community to recover after the devastating tornado.
“We’re still giving to the community,” he said. “As a church, we have a place set up to where we’re giving out water, food, we’ve got cleaning supplies. We’re trying to give back to the community because we have a ton of houses that are without power, needs.”
They are praying for people and giving out pizzas to the those in need.
“We’re praying for them, but we’re also giving slices of pizza to them or buckets of cleaning supplies or things for them to use at home. So, we’re receiving, and then we are taking what we have to help others around us to make sure that they have what they need as well.”
