Arab volunteer first responders on Wednesday participated in an emergency drilled in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Zur Bahr, together with Israeli security forces, firefighters and the Magen David Adom emergency service.
The drill took place at the Zur Bahr girls high school.
Many Arab and Muslim volunteers have joined MDA in recent years.
The volunteers told TPS why they chose to volunteer with MDA and why it is important to them.
