Have you ever wondered what Faith truly means? Having faith means trusting that God will show up in the midst of whatever circumstance you’re in!
Mustard Seed Faith
God tells us in His word that as long as we have faith, even as small as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for us! This revelation can change your life completely if you would just simply grab and run with it! God is literal in the sense that you can do anything! The common phrase is “You can do anything that you put your mind to” but, what if you changed the narrative? “You can do anything you put your faith into.”
Nothing is too big!
In Matthew 17:20 it says, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” Furthermore, if you compare this verse to your life, you can see the mountain as whatever trial you’re going through. God says that if you trust in Him, He can move mountains! Even more so, anything! Nothing is too big for God!
Turn your Hope on!
So, what exactly is faith? In Hebrews 11:1 it says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Trusting in God is having hope in things that you haven’t yet seem to come to pass. Hence, it means that in your prayer time, instead of asking as if it might not happen, you humbly declare it already finished! God is a God whose will for your life is good! He wants you to ask him for things believing that He will give them to you! Just like it says Matthew 7:7, “Ask and it will be given to you; “
I encourage you today to trust God! Watch Him move the mountains of your life simply because you believed He could!
